Meet Clare Packer
I came to real estate through the best possible introduction: watching my mother build a career she loved over 35 years. She was the one who encouraged me to try it after university, and I've never looked back.
My background isn't a typical one for a realtor. I studied digital marketing and business at MacEwan University, spent time at Hogeschool van Arnhem in the Netherlands, and completed coursework in intercultural negotiations at Universidad de Espiritu Santo in Ecuador. I've always been drawn to understanding how people think, what motivates them, and how to communicate across different contexts. It turns out those instincts translate well to real estate.
Over the past decade, I've had the privilege of helping more than 1,000 Edmonton families buy and sell their homes. I specialize in Edmonton's central-core communities, where I've spent years building genuine relationships and a deep understanding of what makes these neighbourhoods move. My business runs almost entirely on referrals, which is something I'm proud of and don't take for granted.
What I try to bring to every client relationship is a combination of things that don't always go together: a competitive, strategic approach and a genuine sense of warmth and enjoyment in the process. Buying or selling a home is a big deal, but it doesn't have to feel heavy. I want my clients to feel taken care of, well-informed, and if possible, to actually enjoy the experience.
